Where It Is
Chi An Dowr is a pleasant street in a highly regarded development at the edge of the popular harbourside town of Falmouth. There is a nearby footpath giving access to Swanpool Beach which is a delightful sandy cove with further beaches accessible via the coast path to Gyllyngvase Beach and Maenporth etc. There is a good choice of local schools and transport links are great with a branch line from Falmouth to Truro and ferry services to St Mawes and Flushing.
At the Swanvale Development find the Wainhomes Sales office. With the sales office on your left hand side take the first left hand turning into King Charles street. Chi An Dowr is a left hand turning but is marked CONSEC CHI AN DOWR. The property can be found on the left hand side.
