As well as being experts in the traditional "private treaty" sales method as one of Bristol's leading independent Estate Agents, we also have the unique advantage of being able to offer a prestigious Auction Service.
The History
Morgan Beddoe was established in 1991, with Managing Director and founder Peter Beddoe having spent his entire working career in the residential property market across the West Country. Sole proprietor since 1998, Peter Beddoe now welcomes new director David Beddoe (BSc Building Surveying), to the fold together with Consultant Auctioneer Nick Cragg FRICS. As members of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) as well as the National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers (NAVA), they have a reputation for straight-talking and expert professional advice based on knowledge of the area and their considerable expertise.
This experience and expertise is backed up by state of the art technology. In 2007 under the expert design steerage of Fanatic Design, the 21st century image of this traditional firm was launched. The office is now fully equipped with the latest technologies such as digital signage, modern window displays and continual website development. Looking ahead and in synergy with the local community and the environment, we took the opportunity to fit energy efficient appliances and lighting keeping our carbon footprint to a minimum.

As founding partner and sole proprietor since 1998, Peter has built up a wealth of experience and expertise rivalled by few, having spent most of his working career working in Bristol, Cheltenham and Swindon.
David Beddoe, Director, BSc (hons), MNAEA, MNAVA
Having graduated from UWE with a BSc in Building Surveying, David has a wide and varied knowledge of the property industry and contrary to the common perception of estate agents, will always offer straight-talking, frank advice.
Sue Beddoe, Company Secretary
Having been the face of Morgan Beddoe since they opened back in 1991, there are few that have dealt with Morgan Beddoe without dealing with Sue.

Having joined the firm with a BA in English Literature in July 2010 as an administrator, Hannah fast set about showing her flair for sales. Now a Trainee Negotiator, she is fast developing the essential skills and is always a pleasure to deal with.

Nick brought a refreshing and professional approach to auctioneering when he stepped up to the Morgan Beddoe rostrum in July 2010. Having spent 35 years in the industry, he has a wealth of experience and professionalism as a fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
